During the preparation of the training sessions, we work closely with our clients to define learning objectives, the number of participants, and educational materials. After each session, we collect and analyze feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

  • The initial "Stress and Management" training lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • For the full training, the duration can vary from 3 to 9 hours, spread over one or more sessions.
  • Webinars last from 1 to 3 hours, with a 15-minute break.

BUSINESS PROCESS
Step 1: Initial Presentation and Awareness

Raise awareness about stress-related issues through a 90-minute workshop:

  • Explanation of neurophysiology and neurochemistry of stress, as well as symptoms;
  • Individual and team stress levels and Burn-out;
  • Classification of stress from a business perspective (work-related stress);
  • Modern personality typology.
Step 2: Training (3-9 hours)
Based on our analysis, propose a personalized solution including workshops, consultations, and training based on modern international research:
  • Explanation of neurophysiology and neurochemistry of stress, as well as symptoms;
  • Test to determine individual and team stress levels;
  • Classification of stress from a business perspective (work-related stress);
  • Preventive exercises for each stress segment;
  • Modern neurochemistry-based personality typology and test;
  • Recommendations to develop resilience to stress for each personality type and behavior under stress, thus providing a personalized strategy.
Étape 3 : Accompagnement individuel

Optional ongoing personalized support. Allows each manager to be followed over a longer period, and supports the implementation of solutions in the long term.

Each individual session will focus on specific needs, such as reviewing particular situations with managed teams, analyzing a complex and stress-generating personal situation, etc.

Step 4: Follow-up and Evaluation
Regular assessment of effectiveness and adjustments if necessary. This step includes collecting feedback from employees, analyzing measurable results through tests, and implementing adjustments if necessary.
